      Good office, cheap meals and free snakes

      Cons

      Very minimal amount of training for beginners. Expected to gain good understanding in just a week or two. Other people in your team are so busy that they don’t get enough time even to help you out. Managers frequently talk about firing, making the environment toxic. People are expected to work over their scheduled time and even on weekends sometimes.

      Pros

      Couple of products have a decent Tech Stack.

      Cons

      Repetitive work. No growth. Too much micromanagement. Unnecessary focus on legacy tech. Developer is asked to do Selenium automation tests. Ever changing upper management.
