Good team building. Diverse range of work. One's Self-growth is visible. Very friendly team/manager

Salary not par with the Good companies No SKUs which again let employees flee, if offered a better compensation elsewhere. Little boring, since we talk only work

1. If you are lucky you get to work on good tech and with good people. 2. Some employees are really supportive.

Cons

1. This was my first job and I was assigned an employee as a mentor who did all the work for me instead of going through the pain to explain to me. After he left, it was too hard for me to adjust. There is no check on these kind of things. 2. Poor planning of projects and tasks. 3. Some HRs really take advantage of the position they are in.
