1) management don't think of lower level employees as employees , they tink of us as they own us . 2) management is bad and too much pressure is put on everyone. 3) under estimate your work . 4) no overtime 5) ask us to revoke or not utilise holidays even if pe have planned it like months ago. 6) they takes more work then they can digest 7) they give ₹500 for excellent work done 8) make employees feel insulted by this 9) no proper review cycle is conducted 10) on self improvement.

Management is like a headless chicken. Poor appraisals even if you burn yourself down. Eventually only those who work 365 days are given a 100 benjamins and a cardboard printed with your name on it.
