      Ok pay and pretty consistent work

      Cons

      Very unprofessional and lacking leadership in management. The back office makes excuses not to pay techs and likes to change the frame work of your contract to do so. Lack of communication between customer and managers cause fall out and made a bad name for the company in the industry (which I learned as I traveled and everyone made fun of the company for the situations they put their techs in).
