Well performing company with dedicated people.

Cons

It runs like a company with a staff of 50 and has not grown IT to keep up with the size of the company. There is no onboarding so it's a struggle to get settled in the company. IT is so overworked that requests can take weeks or just get lost.

Pays minimum wage, crappy health benefits, office admin staff are absolutely terrible-they gossip and everyone talks about everyone behind their back. Management does not care about the smaller workers.
