Pros

They are a large company so they can offer more incentives like decent health benefits and RRSP contributions.

Cons

They pay is low compared to other companies and they have a ton of turnover and there is minimal room for advancement.

Pros

Decent pay home every night

Cons

Management is at an all time low in the Princeton facility! Management doesn’t care how long your out even if your past federal DOT regulations. Equipment is junk I break down at least three times a a week or more. They offer little to no training I literally had one day of training and expected to know all five of my routes with no help if I break down I work on average 60 plus hours a week
