      Benifits are good, a lot of good people working there, good for learning using equipment that has issues or works bare minimum of expectations

      Cons

      Management says they care but truly don’t Have “lost” apprenticeship papers, or promised to sign up as an apprentice and does not for long period of time Tried to get around unionized if possible
