Lots of opportunity for growth

Cons

Expect you to work overtime for the team with little to no incentive/rewards (they’ll maybe throw a pizza party here and there to convince you to work extra hours) Pay is below industry standards to begin with. Also your title at the company is what earns you respect, nobody cares about you unless you’re a senior manager, VP, or executive.
