Pros

Really welcoming environmental compliance team. Ethos at corporate level is very positive. Company wants to do a good job and continually improve. Senior management seem to genuinely care. Challenging and engaging positions. Growing company with a lot of opportunity. Good safety and environment programs.

Cons

Many acquisitions in recent years - some branches have difficulty with new corporate systems or aligning with corporate culture. Vacation allowance could be higher Big company so it can be hard to understand the workings sometimes. IT systems can be a nightmare or slow to be set up.

Well performing company with dedicated people.

Cons

It runs like a company with a staff of 50 and has not grown IT to keep up with the size of the company. There is no onboarding so it's a struggle to get settled in the company. IT is so overworked that requests can take weeks or just get lost.
