Pros
During the summer it’s good active physical work!
Cons
The entire time I worked there I tried to focus on the positive aspects, but I do have a few concerns; 1. Safety is not a priority, there’s no PPE except a hard hat, and I’ve been asked to climb up at least 2 stores to clean items daily ( without any fall protection/ harness with metal rebar covering the ground) 2. There’s an extreme lack of communication, sometime I would show up to work and no one would be there 3. Professionalism is not the case here, the entire time I worked here Jean-Francois was my boss and anytime I asked him a question he would get angry or walk away. 4. My hours changed 4 times while being there I ended up losing about 18 hours a week that I was promised. 5. Very unorganized, there’s no plan, there’s no organization and not much direction. — if you’re going to work here please, just make sure you are safe, I’ve seen people get large wounds on there legs from falling or rocks falling and smashing people in the back. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE UNSAFE WORK—
