      Pros

      No one breathing down your neck all day, as long as you do your job and show up you wont have any issues.

      Cons

      Management can be and is extremely unorganized and unprofessional, you never really know what your doing or whats going on until you show up and find out due to lack of communication between all departments including the shop. Trucks break down on a regular basis due to it being extremely outdated and band-aided too many times... however, this just results in more overtime. So if your patient and are there to get paid it may be the job for you.
