      Constantly busy. Easily overwhelmed Chaotic atmospheres. Always changing Poor systems makes productivity difficult Culture is very undefined. Could use more team building

      Very poor compensation High employee turn around Consistently see hard-working employees let go and employees with poor work ethic promoted Company only values new business so existing customers are neglected once contract is signed

      Pros

      Money is great work was steady and always felt as though people were ready to help out if needed . I would recommend this job because the supervisors are there when needed

      Cons

      Long hours nobody leaves until all maps are finished but at least the money is good. No union but great benefits
