Bonuses are discretionary, allowing middle management to keep as much as they want. Middle management is shady and not up front and more concerned with corporate politics than producing great work. When I worked there I was a getting paid as P2 employee fulfilling the duties of a P4 employee.

You would think for such a large company, they would have a sophisticated safety program but it is non-existent.
