      They offer good insurance, benefits, and discounts

      Cons

      Very stressful at times, hard to get answers needed for solving basic issues in system and within company. Constant changing and updating not just with employees but applications process.

      -Good pay -Benefits -RRSP match -Overtime after 8 / double time after 11 -Get left alone most of the time -Roll off is fun!

      Cons

      -Pay rate is equal between all drivers which makes seniority, efficiency/proficiency and work ethics feel unrewarded. -Stretches of very long 60+ hour weeks, especially during summer. (Makes for a good paycheck if the hours don't bother you!)
