      Management is terrible Will be fed a lot of false promises to get you in the door Little to no training Concerns are overlooked Favoritism is extremely high Management will talk poorly behind your back but when you ask them about it "every is fine"

      The mechanics are cool, decent benefits, etc.

      Cons

      Poor management, super micro managed, unorganized, constant disrespect, etc. Whoever takes the parts admin role, it will be chill for 90 days. After the honey moon is over though just be prepared for a mental Rollercoaster. It's essentially 3 jobs under 1 position and expectations are unrealistic due to the workload that's there.
