      Pros

      I enjoyed my time their with most employees. Pay is decent as well as the benefits. Honestly the only good thing about the company is the pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Management really lacks management, management can be manipulative at times. Rewards bad behavior and favors those who are negative. They sweep racism and inappropriate comments or situations under the carpet. Former Waste Industries management who are now GFL Environmental management treat the place as the good ole boys club still. They will do anything to protect the mothership. You report hostile work environment and nothing gets done.
