Low pay, low raises, lack of communication between HR and management teams. Lack of equality in HR department, creating tension between employees.

Pay was very low for what the job entailed. Dealing with the public is not for the faint of heart, lots of disgruntled people who didn't want to dispose of things properly or were upset about pricing. Not a ton of support from upper management in those situations. The turnover was horrible. No room for advancement.
