      Friendly atmosphere Great benefits Pretty good pay Since the company is national, potential for learning is great.

      Workers set in their way and and don't take the time to help out their subordinates no matter how promising they are.

      Pros

      The benefits are excellent (aside from the somewhat misrely 401k matching) and my coworkers are excellent. If I could take them to my next job, I would. Decent vacation time (15 days/year when starting out). Depending on you job, you get to go to some interesting places. Good company culture

      Cons

      Consulting engineering isn't the most exciting work. The average age at the company is fairly high.
