      Great team of people. Good leadership. Friendly atmosphere.

      Corporate culture is somewhat conservative in that they are not risk takers and are averse to market challenges.

      Pros

      Insurance Benefits are very good compared to others in the market. The overall benefits package is pretty good compared to some other places I have worked.

      Cons

      There is WAY too much overhead, and goals set by management for groups and individuals are too "one-size-fits-all" to be realistic for each market they are trying to reach. LOTS of emphasis on the numbers: i.e., "Is your office/region profitable enough?" Too much viewing the model as a traditional engineering office, rather than being flexible enought to serve the actual market you are in.
