gone woke, too much change on being a large company, multiple mergers in the last 5 years, many people leaving

Cons

Poor management, bullying, leaders play favorites, high turnover rates, and an overall stressful environment. Many are overworked and under appreciated. Managers are largely unavailable and do not care about helping employees grow in their careers.
