Chaotic. People are placed in positions because of management liking them versus merit. Very racist and misogynistic behaviors.

Decent pay, I like the 4 tens.

Cons

I have complaints but retaliation is real. I know employees are paranoid. People have spoke up to upper Gannett management, and they get turned in.
