      Covid has made the remote / hybrid work scene tough on office relationships.

      Pros

      I have a clear understanding of my job duties and what lies ahead, There is excellent work-life balance. Great communication between management and me. My manager is committed to helping me to reach my full potential and my team is helpful as well. Management has an open-door policy that is often used and encouraged.

      Cons

      In my opinion, there are no cons. GF is a great place work.
