Pros

Free lunch, although might go away after this company is sold

Cons

Toxic environment, all smiles after the onboard process but then, you get a PIP right away. The corporate leaders are cold, non supportive and the GM, HOS and local management does not listen to your feedback.

Pros

Benefits Weekends Off (but they’ll expect you to work) Remote

Cons

Kansas City Market Needs HELP! Poor leadership -Top Salesman are promoted, not worthy leaders -Sexist Office (only men in leadership, best sales opportunities given to men) -Borderline Racist (example: Juneteenth is observed as a paid holiday but leaders are not educated on the importance; they pressure you to work and say they will be working too) Consistently pressured to work weekends and paid holidays -Asked to work every paid holiday and Saturday, even though only required to work M-F (example: Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving Eve, New Years Eve…expected to work late…) Work/Life balance is inexistent -You are most liked by leaders if your life is ruled by GFiber; the later you are on knocking, the better—9:45 pm and the cops are being called on you…that makes you cool! No respect of one’s personal space -Even when asked to leave a property multiple times by a prospective customer, you are celebrated in team meetings if you don’t respect their wishes. -Personally witnessed a leader disrespect homeowners on multiple occasions, engaging in behavior to upset the homeowner further just for fun Obvious favoritism by leadership -opportunities for leads are given out based on favoritism (example: one person may get 500 high quality leads in a month, while another rep may be given 50) Consistently Unreliable Construction Team -Poor communication between departments leading to failed installations and irate customers; no connect = no pay!

Pros

Great company benefits and morale. They have a lot of work from home positions.

Cons

For it to be a tech company, a lot of things aren't easily accessible for you to do your job. Sometimes it's hard to figure out who does what and to get assistance.
