      1. You will be forced to learn 2. Travel

      Cons

      1. Every minute, every hour of work is accounted 2. Save leave, else you will be forced to file a leave without pay at the end of the year. 3. Managers, higher ups not approachable 4. Some teams are not open to criticism 5. Find/create a project where you can charge your time. 6. Not much benefits 7. Basic salary is really basic

      I have been to several companies across Canada and in different industries, and this one is by far my worst experience ever

      Cons

      Remote work with lack culture and events (you can never build a network) Weak organization (the organization seems lost) Many issues with clients High attrition rate Issues with management Compensation is not competitive with the current market conditions Mismanagement of capital (a lot of money wasted)
