Fair work life balance but career progression is limited

Flexible work arrangements to accommodate a healthy work life balance. Vast knowledge base to learn from and build expertise in specialist engineering fields.

Cons

Poor communication between upper and lower management. Clear expertise gap between young and senior/principal engineers i.e. nothe many mid range engineers.

Pros

Depending on the manager, calm environment. Hours are flexible. Tuition program for reimbursement available. (Cannot think of anything worth mentioning)

Cons

Merger slashed better benefits. Unsettling environment. People join and leave. Pay not the greatest. Bonus is a joke. You have to work too many hours to maybe get a good bonus. Typical promotion of others leave. Not recognized.
