* Brilliant co-workers across all disciplines.

Cons

* Long hours - expect ridiculous hours due to the high charge out rate of employees and competition from smaller companies (Unless working on a government funded project). * Low team cohesion - Different senior staff have directly opposing review standards (ensure that only one Project Director reviews your work). * No training/support provided (Expect no help as everyone else is struggling with their own timesheets or deadlines). * Seniors stressed out over multiple deadlines but does not allow you to help due to the jobs not having any budget
