GHJ is a great place to work, they focus a lot on their people and making sure we have a good work/life balance where we can. Everyone here acts like family and they value team input. Pay is fairly competitive. Excellent room for growth.

Cons

They cut back on a lot of extras (gym reimbursement, wednesday lunch, team outings] which makes sense from a business perspective but it also cut down employee morale a little.

Great benefits, great pay, and opportunity to work remotely. Top management is trying to steer towards a best place to work. A few individuals with great leadership skills.

Cons

Leaders talk the talk but do not walk it. Some leaders lack the basic skills of people management. The organization is trying to improve the appraisal process but does not promote accountability form their leaders. A bit cultish with a lot of posting on Linked-In that are all rainbows and unicorns. The reality being different. Constant firings of employees. Individuals promoted for "time in job" but without people management skills.
