Pros

well that's easy - none to note

Cons

My experience at GHJ was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The work environment is toxic and riddled with instability—constant firings and a baffling rate of turnover made it impossible to feel secure or supported. Leadership lacks integrity and vision; many in senior roles seem disengaged or ill-equipped to lead, which contributes to a culture of fear and favoritism rather than collaboration and growth. The firm displays cult-like behavior, discouraging dissent and rewarding blind conformity. If you’re someone who values ethical leadership or a supportive workplace culture, GHJ may not be a good fit. Additionally, I found the firm's values to be out of sync with those of many faith-based individuals, with little room for open dialogue or diverse perspectives. Well-being also seems to take a backseat here. Morale is low, and there’s a pervasive sense of dissatisfaction among staff, both personally and professionally. I would not recommend GHJ to anyone looking for a healthy, purpose-driven, or respectful workplace.

Pros

Great benefits, great pay, and opportunity to work remotely. Top management is trying to steer towards a best place to work. A few individuals with great leadership skills.

Cons

Leaders talk the talk but do not walk it. Some leaders lack the basic skills of people management. The organization is trying to improve the appraisal process but does not promote accountability form their leaders. A bit cultish with a lot of posting on Linked-In that are all rainbows and unicorns. The reality being different. Constant firings of employees. Individuals promoted for "time in job" but without people management skills.

Pros

The firm does a good job in following through its words with actions. Has continued to maintain flexibility even when the world has started to take a different direction in this area. There is high level of team oriented culture between team members and good camaraderie. Leadership cares.

Cons

There is a culture of accountability.
