      Pros

      Work-life balance is a lot better than other companies. There are plenty of office activities for employees to participate in. Good people work here.

      Cons

      Good people work here but not all of them are qualified to do their job. There is little support from HQ being in a satellite office. Priority is given to Singaporeans for promotions, hiring, projects, etc.
