Pros

Compensation is competitive. The company knows what it is doing and doing it well. There is a sense of purpose and I like it. People are generally pleasant and easy to work with.

Cons

Synergy was lacking across departments. Pressure can build up depending on which department you are in and how the business is performing. For better or worse, the company culture is distinctively Singaporean. It means lots of buddies at work (that's great perhaps) but also lack of respect for family and personal matters. Not a common thing but there are toxic individuals (unprofessional, aggressive, selfish) in the organisation but survive due to their competency/expertise at work. Leave a bad taste in your mouth whenever having to deal with one.
