      Pros

      You will learn a lot of things in a very short period of time : product knowledge, industry practises etc. Generally FO to BO are all very helpful and willing to share their knowledge. Will definitely gain a lot if you willing to put in the time and effort.

      Cons

      Very demanding job. Must be able to handle stress level. A lot of systems and different teams which can take time to familiarise. long working hours.
