      Pros

      Great benefits and support for families, and the firm is pushing towards greater flexibility, which is much appreciated.

      Cons

      As with any other company, the experience can vary depending on which department/team you're at. I'm fortunate to be in one that allows me to enjoy what I do, with sufficient opportunities for learning and growth.
