Pros

The environment in GIC has improved significantly over the past couple of years. Management quickly decided to address the issues that arose in the past, including negative behavior from senior management. There was some staff renewal (which might explain some of the negative reviews) but the company is stronger now. The pandemic has demonstrated the stability of the GIC franchise and of Singapore.

Cons

Company is naturally diverse (being global) but the local offices may not be as diverse. However, management is working to change that and there is a strong HR focus on this topic.
