      the brand-name .. and nothing else .

      1. HR who organize more side events to please top management more than others 2. top management who listen to only the good news, and enjoy their foot soldiers obeying them. oh, they most share the same religion. things are not half as bad few years ago. 3. morale sapping work culture... as long as you serve the right boss, you can float the way up.

      A place not for people into software development

      Pros

      Compensation very competitive across the street. Friendly team, everyone is warm. A lot of training opportunitis. Pantry got nice food (before pandemic) Office View is fantastic.

      Cons

      As my review subject said, this is not a place for developers. If you are a hardcore developer type, try to find another place. The CEO/COO/CTO will always emphasize that here is an investment company not a technology company, which makes me very worried about the future of Singaprean reserves. Everyone could see that the future investment will be tech-driven.
