Too many re-orgs happening every couple years

Pros

Good location, decent pantry, decent benefits.

Cons

Disappointing management, Many SVPs hired in but not really sure what they are actually doing. Engineering leads do not solution and expect AVPs to do the solutioning/architecting (they are more concerned about reporting upwards) Re-org and a shift towards product management, but many teams are still operating on an individual application basis rather than a product.
