Pros

Apart from the compensation package there is nothing desirable about working here

Cons

- Team leader was ruthless from the start, within 1 month threatening to not convert after probation - Use of harsh words and a fearful work environment set up by the boss - Let go after probation claiming that taking medical leave was playing absent during probation

Pros

Pay is slightly above than the mid-high band.

Cons

Ask around, think twice before you join. Manager disrespects and disregards subordinate's feedback, poor project management, self fish to put himself on spotlight for credits. If you are okay to work all the time when you are actually on leave.

Pros

Nice office, good training, gym, brand name

Cons

Political and transactional environment in corporate services. You can't trust HRBP/leaders to do the right thing for the company. Try raising real problems and you are brushed aside.
