Cons

The management loves to sweat over the small stuff. If you love to be micromanage and constantly worrying about whether you should have a full stop or a comma, this is the right company for you. Pathetic old school mindset trying to stay relevant. A lot of time spending reviewing PowerPoint decks because you can not present without 3 levels of “leaders” scrutinising. If you work in IT, don’t bother joining since it’s a dead end.

Poor culture. Poor work life balance. Poor management style, with micromanagement as the core of it’s culture. No opportunities for rotation unlike claimed.
