- Competitive salary and benefits - Collaborative work culture - Tech department is going in the right direction ever since the recent change in top management - People are very nice and not toxic

Cons

- Some older management in the company are slower in terms of adapting to changes - Tech infrastructure is not robust, and security team is weak and unnecessarily give productivity issues to other teams
