A few of the employees are nice people

Cons

The ownership team are cowards. They laid off half the staff one owner lead a pep talk the other his in a closet. And the other one was not there. This is t an abnormal event at gl everyday is a gamble based on the ceos emotions which he cannot control.

Good entry point into the software industry. Lots of room for advancement. Coworker are genuinely nice and fun to work with. Hours are light (40ish)

Cons

Steep learning curve. Deadlines and metrics can sometimes be stressful.
