One of the worst places to work in Flathead Valley

Pros

None come to mind. This place is a joke, it's like they thought Office Space was a documentary and modeled themselves after the innefficient corporation shown in the movie.

Cons

There is very little training and very high expectations. In the few months I worked there I saw no less than twenty people leave or get fired. The turnover is insane and eventually they will simply run out of cannon fodder to burn through, as they apparently did in Oregon.

Cons

Everything else was terrible... imagine spending 50 hours a week under duress... not worth it.

We reviewed our personnel files and were unable to locate any person who worked more than 43 hours prior at about the time of your post. We track work time closely and the average non-managerial employee works 43 hours per week. Different workplaces provide different cultures.
