Great starting job post college! Can move up quickly but there tends to be a few folks that stay for 10+ years - i'd recommend getting out after 3 years and diversify your experience

Cons

A lot of leadership changes over the past year - a few rounds of layoffs, new CEO which led to a lot of senior leaders also leaving.

Office is really good. Prime location. People are good.

Cons

The work timings are odd and they are kind of ruining their culture by asking people to come to office even more. There is a lot of pressure to complete and meet targets
