Pros

Good pay, a young and smart workforce, benefits are solid, quick promotions. I came here right after grad school and it was a solid introduction to a lot of different industries and the Private Equity market in general.

Cons

Role itself is extremely plug and play and is not difficult once you learn the basics. Workforce is generally very discouraged by the lack of a sense of purpose adn turnover rate is extremely high.
