Pros

-Fun people to work with (mostly) depending what team you are on -Good location downtown -On-site gym -Good commission (especially if you’re a top performer) -Good resources

Cons

-Mindless work (if you like a more thought provoking job this isn’t the job for you, and you’ll be burnt out in 3 months guaranteed) -bad management styles (I.e micromanaging) -Only pay attention to top performers (nothing for the 80% that aren’t, unless you’re truly EXCEEDING your monthly goals) -Bad managers (probably because of micro-managing from higher ups) -They’ll tell your happy hours every Friday not a minute before 4:45PM and expected to work immediately after -Feel like you can’t take a break without a glare (have to be heads down 9 hours a day or you’ll get/feel behind)

Pros

In the recent past the leadership team has taken immense efforts to incorporate a lot of positive changes across the council development team to encourage the entire team and help them to grow with regards to their career progression. The company as a whole is also trying to adapt to various employee friendly terms from and trying to keep the business going as smoothly as possible in Covid-19 times. A lot of initiatives have been incorporated with regard to keeping the employee's engaged during these tough pandemic times . Never seen a company who is taking extra care to actually incorporate platforms for ''kids engagement'' for the working parents (employees).

Cons

Nothing I can see at the moment which will restrict an employee's growth here.

Pros

The top management is doing its best to incorporate all the demands that have been made recently by members of the CDA in Dublin. There's also a very admirable effort from the company to adapt and keep business going as smoothly as possible in Covid-19 times.

Cons

Not much on that end for now
