Pros

GLG is the biggest company in the "expert" space by far and dominates the industry. They have an incredible client list and great relationships with clients across a variety of different industries. Lots of talented and hard-working people work at the company.

Cons

GLG has traditionally been complacent about competition and is dealing with increasingly sophisticated competitors in the space. Relatively poor employee developments efforts in the past (although they are trying harder from what I understand). Very political work environment.

Highly competent, energetic, and motivated team to be a part of. Leaders and employees alike think outside the box. Creativity encouraged.

Cons

Very fast-paced, can be rigorous schedule. Clients can be quite demanding. Other than this, very few cons to speak of.
