      Pros

      I enjoyed so many things about working here, I grew as a person and employee, made long lasting friendships, earned great pay

      Cons

      long hours, I used to change jobs every 7yrs just to be the new kid again and go back to 40 hours, I stayed past that here because the people and the money were good, but you will without a doubt work far more than 40 hours

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time here, probably one of the best places I have ever worked. For the most part there is a positive encouraging environment for work, self-growth and continued learning.

      Cons

      There are a few negative Nellie's, but as large as the organization is if you stick to what you know to tried and true, they will come and go. Don't let the negative suck you in or get you down for that matter. Focus on you people do notice, but don't be afraid to mention your success either. Word spreads regarding good integrity and jobs well done. You may be your own worst critic, but you can also be your own best cheerleader too...
