      PTO, Benefits, Team Building, Long tenures, Hybrid work, Cafeteria on site

      Cons

      Hard to move up in company without moving, top performers are treated differently, lots of women in management but still a boys club, is a hybrid work environment but management is trying to get workers back in office full time, no cost of living increases
