Flexible work schedule, good work/life balance, not too much overtime, diversity, decent amenities.

Cons

Context shifting is frequent, you don't work on one thing for too long. Layoffs are becoming VERY frequent as the new CTO has come in.

They have a nice office building that provides food, outdoor spots and clean bathrooms.

Cons

Hold people accountable Learn about work life balance practices Uphold clear and honest business practices Protect employees Protect customers Create a truly healthy working environment Educate management on preventing toxic work environments, teach empathy and healthy communication skills. I witnessed a Inappropriate relationship with manager and employee that was unwanted he still works there but in a different department. Security guards looked up my personal information and found me on Facebook.

Getting quarterly bonuses is great. Not many companies do this.

Cons

The Arlington location has leadership crises. On Glassdoor, filter to Arlington to get an idea of this crises. I do not know about other locations.
