      Pros

      Nice people, Cloud Technologies - Azure, Good Compensation, Most did their all to please business customers and do good work.

      Cons

      Data Strategies team was waterfall, while Application Development teams were SAFe Agile. Certain managers unethically took credit for others work. Most Managers were good people. No promotion path other than management for ICs. Need more than 3 levels for ICs. System quality was improving but still more major incidents than experienced at other companies.
