A good entry-level position, but with not a lot of room for advancement.

Pros

Decent pay for an entry-level position, competitive bonuses, good amount of PTO provided.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement unless you want to become a Team Lead or work in the credit center. There is no incentive to work harder than your peers as you will more than likely be getting paid around the same amount, besides the fact that the center's overall performance impacts the quarterly bonus.

-Great benefits ; 3 months of paid parental time off -Onsite gym, cafeteria, clinic -Great facility -Great working environment with managers that are incentivized to work with their employees, realizing that productivity increases with good morale -No hard collections -Bonus is equal across the department.

Cons

-Not much room for growth in the San Antonio area; if you are looking for management, then great! other wise, you might risk being stuck in the same position with lots of candidates applying when different ones are open. -Hybrid work schedule; the job could be done fully remote, however it does help with morale.

Hold people accountable Learn about work life balance practices Uphold clear and honest business practices Protect employees Protect customers Create a truly healthy working environment Educate management on preventing toxic work environments, teach empathy and healthy communication skills. I witnessed a Inappropriate relationship with manager and employee that was unwanted he still works there but in a different department. Security guards looked up my personal information and found me on Facebook.
