      Pros

      Trabajé en GM Financial durante casi 2 años. Mi experiencia en general fue muy buena, es una empresa donde siempre tienen en cuenta a sus empleados y se preocupan por su bienestar. Constantemente hacen actividades para mantener a los empleados satisfechos y tranquilos en el lugar de trabajo. Se pueden hacer voluntariados con la empresa y por lo general las ideas de los empleados siempre son escuchadas y tenidas en cuenta.

      Los salarios no son muy competitivos y toma mucho tiempo crecer en la empresa.

      Decent pay, hybrid schedule, annual bonus for some roles

      Cons

      Everything else. Medical coverage is garbage, no training for promotions, no real leadership. Cybersecurity sees their job as stopping ALL deployments to prod. It's only a matter of time before this place is hacked. They cannot keep high performing employees, attrition getting worse, despite bonus! No clear direction from company officers. Many times, managers are completely bypassed by officers who go directly to employees and reprioritize workload without any discussion. Company morale is lowest that I've seen!

      Pros

      They work intentionally to make you feel welcomed and that you matter. Casual environment.

      Cons

      Some departments have managers that micro manage, which brings low morale, stress, and toxicity that goes uncheck by management. Hard to move up. They don't place the salary of jobs but you will get denied due to making more.
